Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?

We ship worldwide from Türkiye. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Delivery times and any duties or taxes for your country are shown at checkout before you pay, and you receive a tracking link by e-mail once your order ships.

Shipping is free from $74.99 (1,000 TL in Türkiye). Below that, a flat shipping fee applies and is shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes. If the size doesn't fit, exchange it free within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Personalized and numbered limited-edition pieces are final sale unless faulty.

Check the care label first. Most pieces can be hand washed cold or machine washed gently at 30°C. Reshape and dry flat, and avoid tumble drying, bleach and ironing over prints.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure your pet's chest at the widest point, just behind the front legs, and compare it with the size table on the product page. Leave two fingers of room, and if your pet is between sizes choose the larger one.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your order ships you receive a tracking link by e-mail. If you have any trouble, reply to that e-mail or contact us and we'll help.

Yes. Checkout is encrypted and your card details are processed by the payment provider; we never see or store them.
