The right fit matters more than looks. A tight cut restricts movement; a loose one slips and rubs as your pet walks. Pawzelo apparel is patterned by body type, with separate cuts for short-legged breeds, deep-chested breeds and slim builds.

Three measurements are enough: back length (base of the neck to the base of the tail), chest girth (just behind the front legs) and neck girth. Measure while your pet is standing, leaving two fingers of room under the tape.
